Built in 1932 by Major General Spencer, the Georgian Manor at Spencer Leadership Centre, is the focal point of the facility; the main entrance and guest registration are located in the newly expanded south wing.

Overlooking 30 acres of parkland, each of the 125 guest rooms is located away from the public area and conference rooms. All rooms are equipped with dedicated complimentary high-speed Internet access, spacious work desks with ergonomic chairs, telephone with voice mail, and a TV.
