The Spencer Culinary team prides itself on authentic Thai cuisine, sushi, Malaysian dishes, traditional British cuisine as well as Canadian fare, made with an abundance of local fresh produce.

Asher's Dining Room and Terrace, the main dining room at Spencer Leadership Centre, features a working fireplace with a beautiful mantle. Asher's Dining Room can accommodate conference groups, wedding receptions or intimate dinners. Alongside the main dining room is Spencer's Dining Room, which is an intimate setting with seating for up to 60 people.
